Before Order Shipping: If the order has not yet been shipped by Vahe Food and herbals you may cancel your order at no cost through the website. This can be done by merely sending an email to the address info@vaheenterprises.com
After Order Shipping but before delivery: If the order has been shipped but not yet delivered, you may cancel your order incurring a 25 % cancellation fees plus logistic charges Such cancellation is possible only in case of prepaid orders.
Cancellation after delivery: Once the products are delivered, cancellations may not be possible. If cancellation is requested at this stage, you may still be charged for the full order amount, and no refund will be provided. No promo code or Reward point used for placing the order shall be refunded in case of a cancellation.

Any Reward Point or Promo Code used for placing the 'Bulk Order' will not be refunded as per this cancellation policy. Cancellation by Vahe Foods and herbals:

In rare cases, where your order is cancelled by Vahe Foods and herbals you will receive a full refund. Vahe Foods will notify you via email or SMS regarding the cancellation and refund process.
