Hemalatha Reddy Rebala who is a graduate in science and innovative by nature started food business in Hyderabad by taking orders from her friends and relatives. With the encouragement received from them she started a curry point making curries at home delivering to the customers doorstep.This made her understand tastes of different people from different regions and different lifestyles. This encouraged her to study the preparation of pickles which her grand parents used to do in her younger days, when her in laws and mother explained her the reasons and methods in preparing the pickles, she was so excited on learning that these pickles had potential of great nutritional values and very long shelf life up to three years without using any preservatives.

As told earlier most of the costumers whom she used to deliver food were either bachelors or office goers who either dint know how to prepare food or had no time she understood their problems and wanted to reinvent the traditional tastes that was forgotten in the cosmopolitan culture and she also noticed that people from different regions coming in search of jobs to mega cities accepted traditional foods irrespective of the region were they come from.

Her innovative ideas made her think to serve the office goers by making Instant SAMBAR POWDER, RASAM POWDER

She also mastered medicinal foods like TENDER GUVA & LEAF KARAMPODI JAMOON LEAF & SEED KARAM WOODAPPLE PICKLE & JAM etc. which are first of its kind and very helpful for Diabetic Patients

Now VAHE ENTERPRIS has over 200 products of its own of which 85 are PICKLES 35 KARAM PODIS 17 JAMS 17 LADDUS 30 FRYUMMS 10 NON VEG PICKLES covering pan India taste

The association with the above customers for past four years as prompted VAHE ENTERPRISES to introduce their own brands in name of VAHE FOODS & HERBALS and in the process have opened their exclusive outlet in an area of 600 sqft

As of now VAHE Produces 1.5 mts of pickles and other products per month and intends to increase its capacity to 10 tonnes per month.
